Grand Bees Development

Grand Bees Development LLC is planning a new residential development, with approx. 350 units, on the land shown on the maps below.

A variety of homes is proposed, Single Family, Multi-Family, and some lots for Custom Building. Most lots will be 70 ft. wide with some 40 ft wide lots and other larger lots.

A new road, Grand Bees Drive, is to be built from the Hamilton Grove circle to Bees Ferry Blvd. Verdier Pt. is not part of Grand Bees.
